These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at cortesys.com and the pages, features and content offered on it (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Cortesys Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN: [CIN — to be added]) with its registered office at [Registered office — to be added] (“Cortesys”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2Services are governed separately
The Website describes services, platforms and marketplaces associated with Cortesys. Any engagement for those services is governed only by a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement, statement of work or order form) signed by Cortesys and the client. Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation or a commitment to supply any service. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
3Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Website. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
4Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the Website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:

- impersonate any person, or submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing or unlawful material;
- use the Website or any contact details on it to send unsolicited commercial communications; or

5Website content and accuracy
The content on the Website is provided for general information and may change without notice. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

All rights in the Website — including its text, graphics, logos, the “Cortesys” name and logo, software, design and compilation — are owned by or licensed to Cortesys and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Website and to print or download extracts for your own internal business use. You may not use our names, logos or marks without our prior written consent.
Names, logos and trademarks of third parties shown on the Website belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to indicate technologies our teams work with and do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
7Marketplaces and third-party websites
The Website links to marketplaces built by Cortesys — PropertyKartz, Freelyns and InfluencerKart — and may link to other third-party websites. Each of those sites is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, which you should read before using it. These Terms do not apply to them, and we are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party sites.
8Information you send us
When you submit a form or email us, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential information, sensitive personal data (such as financial account details, government identifiers or health information) or anything you do not want us to hold. Unless we have agreed in writing (for example under a non-disclosure agreement), information you send is not treated as confidential beyond the protections in our Privacy Policy.
Our forms open your own email application to send a message. Emails are transmitted through your email provider and are not encrypted by us.
9Disclaimer of warranties
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortesys disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cortesys and its directors, officers and employees from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
12Privacy, cookies and data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. - Assignment. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or a successor to our business; you may not assign them without our consent.
- Language. These Terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience only.
